Frank J. Huckaba
Frank J. Huckaba, born in 1934 at Oil Trough, Independence County,
Arkansas, has practiced law in Mountain Home for more than 35 years.
After attending Memphis State University and the University of Arkansas,
he completed his undergraduate studies at Arkansas State College
in 1958. He then earned his University of Arkansas law degree in
1961. Later that year, he was admitted to the Arkansas Bar.
Mr. Huckaba
was honored by receiving the Outstanding Alumni Award, University
of Arkansas School of Law, in 1990. He has served as Chancery and
Probate (now Circuit) Judge and as a Special Justice and Special
Chief Justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court.
